Themes
Every deck has its own theme, set independently of every other deck.
Opening the theme editor
Click the palette icon in the deck header. It's organized into three tabs: Fonts, Slide, and Images.
Fonts
- Title — the font, color, size, and weight of each slide's title. Pulls from Google Fonts.
- Headings — the font, color, size, and weight for blocks set to the Heading type.
- Body — the font, color, size, and weight for regular text blocks.
- Use title case — automatically title-cases slide titles (skipping small words like "a," "the," and "of" except at the start or end).
Font fields need the exact name of the font as it appears on Google Fonts (for example
Bricolage Grotesque, not "bricolage" or "Bricolage Grotesque Bold"). Start typing and a dropdown suggests matching Google Fonts — typing "Inter ti" suggests "Inter Tight," for instance — so you rarely have to type the full name yourself. Navigate suggestions with ↑ ↓ and pick one with Enter or a click. A misspelled or unrecognized name that doesn't match a suggestion won't load, and your browser's default font is used instead. Slide

- Padding — independent left, right, top, and bottom values.
- Content gap — spacing between the title and columns, and between columns.
- Page numbers — top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right, or off.
Images
- Border radius
- Stroke — width and color
Theme settings are saved as part of the deck, so different decks can look completely different from each other.
